Thorough research methodology is adopted for each project:-
- Detailed consultations and focused discussions are made with clients to understand project scope, delivery schedule and quality conformances in the initiation stage.
- A Project Lead is assigned to each project as a single point of contact to the client. The Project Lead will be responsible to run the project and share the progress with the client at regular intervals till completion. At the time of completion, the Project Lead and a member of the senior management will validate the delivery and sign off conformance.
- A thorough process map is designed and shared with client. Based on the content and process understanding a strong research methodology is adopted for the project that ensures quality conformance and timely delivery.
- Quality and timeliness parameters are finalized before the start of the project and progress reports are shared with the client periodically.
Project Team – Each project will be headed by a Project Lead. The project will be handled by Analysts with relevant experience and expertise.
Quality Conformance – Quality parameters in the form of SLAs will be shared and agreed upon with the client. SEEK Research will conduct periodic internal quality reviews to ensure the agreed standards are met.
Timely Delivery – SEEK Research will meet project deadlines without compromising on agreed specific delivery guidelines.
